What’s the point of
the 55+ class?
At CrossFit 12 Stones we want people to age with confidence. We aim to have people know their fitness doesn’t have to end as they get older. This class has the goal to keep people moving through balance, coordination, and foundational strength movements.
You will get comfortable with different kinds of equipment to help build muscle.
You will practice ways to maintain balance while under stress that help you in the real world.
We love to lift weights and build strong hearts through all kinds of conditioning.
This is a fitness program that isn’t a quick fix. The goal is to keep you moving for years to come.
